RULES ON BAGGAGE
On all hand and hold baggage you must affix a label indicating your name, surname, telephone number, address and possibly your flight number. For your own safety please stow valuables and the minimum necessary (medicines, necessities for infants) in your hand baggage. The hand baggage dimensions and the hold baggage weight depend on the provisions of the airline with which you are flying.

HAND BAGGAGE DIMENSIONS
Rules relating to the hand baggage weight and dimensions vary by airline, it is advisable to check the size limits of baggage on your ticket or on the website of the airline in question.
Only one hand baggage is allowed which normally can have a maximum weight of 10 kg; the sum of the sides must not be greater than 115 cm (e.g. 55x40x20 cm).
Oversized baggage must be delivered to the special areas indicated at check-in.

PROHIBITED ITEMS IN HAND BAGGAGE
For security reasons it is forbidden to carry hazardous goods and materials such as:

  • toy guns,
  • slingshots,
  • cutlery,
  • knives,
  • razor blades,
  • work tools,
  • darts,
  • scissors,
  • syringes,
  • sewing needles,
  • sports sticks,
  • similar objects.

PROHIBITED ITEMS IN HOLD BAGGAGE

For security reasons it is also forbidden to carry hazardous goods and materials in your hold baggage such as:

  • compressed gases (flammable, non-flammable, cooled, poisonous such as butane, oxygen, propane and oxygen for breathing apparatus),
  • corrosive products,
  • explosives (e.g. fireworks, rockets, ammunition, pistol bullets),
  • mercury thermometers,
  • substances which on contact with water emit flammable gases,
  • infectious substances (e.g. bacteria and live viruses),
  • poisonous substances (insecticides and herbicides, arsenic and cyanide),
  • matches,
  • lighters,
  • alarm devices,
  • magnetising material.
