The Service Charter is a document drawn up in consultation with the Ministry of Transport, enforced by the Decree of the Council of Ministers on December 30, 1998. This document demonstrates the maximum attention of SACBO to Customer relations. SACBO is committed to continuously monitoring the satisfaction level of its passengers and to publish data annually on its Service Charter by means of indicator tables for each type of service provided at the airport. The Service Charter of Milano Bergamo Airport is continually evolving to better satisfy the needs of the passengers and to keep them up to date on the improvements carried out on the level of services which SACBO provides.
